Description
Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom salts) – The salt in Epsom creates a high-mineral content that duplicates the benefits of a hot spring. Adding these great salts to a bath is an excellent way of combating stress and alleviating muscular aches and pains. The high magnesium content in Epsom salt also facilitates the removal of acids through the skin.
Sodium Chloride (Himalayan crystal salt) – is packed with over 84 trace minerals including iron, calcium and potassium. Using salt is one of the best ways to detoxify your body and soothe skin irritations. This ionic salt assists the detox process due to the process of “osmosis”, where our bodies absorb the salt minerals while simultaneously releasing toxins. A Himalayan salt soak is also known to help to reduce inflammation and balance our skin’s PH levels. This mineral-rich source can help to release a buildup of toxins in the body, improve digestion, and even create a more positive home environment.
Sodium Chloride (Dead Sea mineral salt) – The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with far greater concentrations of minerals than any ocean (a concentration of 32% minerals compared to other seas, holding approximately 3%). Bromides and Iodine are present in Dead Sea Salt, including other minerals in a dried form, such as Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium and Potassium. All these minerals work together as regulators of cell activity and daily functioning assisting to relieve muscular pain and stabilise fluid levels in the body.
Australian Clay – contains essential minerals to help replenish and regenerate the epidermis of the skin to create softened and conditioned skin with a healthy glow.
